The Sonata comes with a 185 horsepower 2.4L V-4 engine paired with a six speed automatic transmission with Shiftronic mode for added control.

Available Turbocharged and Intercooled 2.0L DOHC Engine with 16-valve I4 (GDI)

If you're looking for more power then the 245 horsepower 2 litre turbocharged engine will definitely fit the bill. Paired with an eight speed automatic transmission to give you unparalleled performance control.

Available Forward Collision Avoidance Assist w/pedestrian detection(FCA)

This optional safety feature uses radar to monitor the distance between you and the car ahead. If a collision is imminent audio and visual warnings will be displayed for the driver. If the driver fails to yield the FCA can provide full braking assistance to avoid a collision.

Blind-Spot Collision Warning

This standard feature will warn you with a visual and audio cue if a vehicle is lurking in your blind spot. In addition the system can detect the other vehicle's speed to determine whether it is safe to switch lanes.
